Jake is the founder and principal consultant of Potomac Insights. He established the firm to provide a resource for clients navigating the complexities of M&A.

Prior to founding the firm, he spent over a decade inside some of the world's leading professional and financial services firms, including Grant Thornton and KPMG. In these roles, he managed a wide array of high-stakes projects, from IT due diligence for nine-figure acquisitions to leading post-merger integrations for global technology firms.

Jake holds an MBA in Business Analytics from George Mason University, is a certified Project Management Professional, and holds certifications in cybersecurity, marketing, and M&A.
